Hey Leute,
lasst eure Finger rauchen

T-Mobile MTB Downhill postponed
After city of Zagreb had forbid the race at the Sljeme ski resort, today the organizer received another blow. The license for using the classical downhill course on the other side of the mountain, near ZET gondola, has not been approved. Due to this situation the organizer is forced to postpone the event.
Institution "Park prirode Medvednica", which is authorized to issue licenses and approvals for events on Sljeme peak and Medvednica mountain, failed to approve the downhill course across one of hiking trails. Therefore, organizer BBK Zagreb 900 will not be able to organize the downhill race on a terrain used by mountain bikers since the beginning of the 90's.
A month ago, "Park prirode Medvednica" failed to issue another license for organizing the same downhill race at the Sljeme ski resort.
Therefore the organizer, in accordance with the general sponsor, will consider the option of organizing the race later this year, in a different venue.
Entered riders and volunteers remain on the list so they don't have to register again.
