kann man nicht so pauschal sagen. kommt drauf an was du fahren willst. beim downhillen empfehle ich dir einen mx-helm. wie dh-rocky sagt haben die sicherheitsnormen und sind geprüft. möglicherweise sind sie nicht so gut belüftet... aber schwitzen tust du ja sowieso wie ne sau im sommer.... und wenn du schneller fährst, kompensierst du dass [Bild: mryellow.gif]

Sicherer kann i ned sagen dass ma sicherer is. Mir hat er is Leben gerettet, aber zu empfehlen is er ned. 1x Voll auf die Birne und der helm is hin. moi schaun was´s Christkind bringt [Bild: grin.gif]
